(( No offense but I don't think you necessarily have to live in the country or be born in the country you roleplay. You just have to know the charakter himself well enough and his relations to other countries / characters. History knowledge is preffered but not necessary unless you create your own OC or when it goes into touchy questions. Just saying.. ))
